Lotus Notes isn't JUST an email client - it is a rich client which does a LOT more than just email.
People would do better to not think of Lotus Notes as an emailing platform - yes it does that but not just that!!
How difficult is it to understand that?
Give the product its due share of praise rather than slagging it off for not matching up to Outlook of all things!!
